Yes, you would have the flexibility to customise settings such as default language preferences for specific contacts, enabling or disabling automation for certain contacts, and enabling or disabling automation for different message types.

An admin would be able to perform these customisations using the Modern Trade admin panel. Alternatively, each individual salesperson would be able to do this as well (on the Modern Trade chat app), if granted permission by the admin.
